I purchased a vehicle from McGee on 09/30 when we test-drove the car the brakes were bad. I was told McGee already replaced the front and they would replace the back. Come to this week 12/09 my daughter was driving the car and her brakes failed. I brought the car to a different auto shop that stated they did not replace the brakes they cut down the rotors and slapped on a factory industry pad just enough for the car to pass inspection. They put my child's life at risk what if she was on the highway and not in her school parking lot when it happened she could have killed herself or even worse your family. DO NOT PURCHASE a car from McGee they are complete frauds who don't care about the safety of you or your family. Will update post with faulty brakes as soon as I get them back today from the other shop.

Finance was a little sneaky and showed only payment options with warranties, leaving out the cost without warranties. Not to say warranties are bad! However after I made it clear I was not interested in any warranties the finance rep got a little abrasive. Besides the finance rep I love the car and overall had a great experience! Leased a car from this dealership couple of days ago and as someone that works at a car dealership myself, they provided the most easiest and quickest process ever. There might’ve been some hiccups but they worked with me and made sure i am getting the car i need. Considering i live an hour and a half away they managed to be communicative all throughout and i am definitely going back for my future car leases! Dave and Jared are the real deal, really easy to talk to and will help you out from start to finish! One of the best dealerships out here that you guys should trust!

They lie to you on your face, saying that they have no more options available just to get rid of an unwanted vehicule, explaining that if you decide for other option, you'll have to wait weeks if not months, they use this tactic to sell you the vehicles they have stuck on inventory. Plus, they want to add the expensive extended warranty, but at the moment of claiming the warranty, they invent thousands of excuses to not respond for it ... if you still wanna buy from these crocks, demand all you want, and DON'T take the extended warranty

Put $2500 deposit on 4Runner which is scheduled to be delivered on 9/26/24. Salesman used unethical sales tactics and I was forced to walk away from the deal. Mike Boccanfuso at McGee found out about my experience and called to make it right. I am now buying this vehicle at McGee and am looking forward to future purchases. I asked for a vehicle that they had on their website. I asked to provide me a break down of the price out of the lot before I drive there. Berson provided the price, and the Fee was total $3773.91. I had to ask him multiple times for a detail break down and He kept giving excuses that for the title to be transfer in NY he needed $1295 on top of $599 Doc fee. I told him I am not paying that $ 1295. I called again the place and asked to speak with different salesperson, Josh. And Josh checked on the vehicle and was a hold due to pending sale. At least someone was honest there...

No problem working with the salesperson Cat. Placed a $3000 deposit down on a vehicle that,has been on their lot for 2 months. I was coordinating with salesperson on getting to dealership which I 4 hours from where I live. The GM who i never spoke with kept pressuring the salesperson to get me there sooner even though the agreement was I would be there before the end of the month 10/31 On 10/25 the salesperson said they needed to refund my deposit as they had another buyer who would take delivery sooner. Clearly, this dealership cares nothing about the individual and only on the almighty dollar. On Saturday 10/26, the salesperson initiated the refund. The whole process was bullying from the GM who wouldn't even speak to me. I wished the young salesperson well and hoped that she could find a place that appreciated her

So called about a car to see if it was available, it was, but was told "Car Gurus screws up all the time. The price is actually $1000 more but there is a $1000 "trade-in bonus available". Whatever. (Do people really fall for that?) But the price still seemed too good to be true. Went in and drove it. It was fine and they looked at my trade. I know my trade was not worth much. I know the wholesale auction value, which is not a lot. So then the salesman comes back and says "I don't want to talk numbers yet as we just got that car in on Friday (this was a Monday) and haven't gone through it, I'll call you later today after we have a chance to look at it." Copied this from CarGurus- "26 days at this dealership · 26 days on CarGurus · 9 saves" So it's pretty clear they put up a too good to be true price and hope to make it up on the trade. Not a good look. And no I haven't heard back. While I was there I heard them giving an elderly man the hard sell. It was pretty disgusting. And BTW, they never called me back, and that was a week ago, the car is still on Car Gurus priced at $5000 below market, so I guess they didn't find any problems after the "looked it over".HA! In response to the owner comment- Bull$hit. Why didn't you call me back then? Why did the salesman LIE about just getting the car? So sleazy.

Absolutely horrible dealership my sales associate his name is Berto, in my 32 years of buying car experience this had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. Waste of my freaking time and they pulled my credit and told me the vehicle was sold… come to find out it was available… then sold it again… I do not recommend this dealership and I will involve my lawyer because they pulled my credit and didn’t sell me the vehicle and I was approved. I will be getting my lawyer involved and get my credit back on top of that I will report this dealership
